About Kia D

Kia Dorsey is a stage and film actress/director/writer from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She studied Theatre at Oklahoma State University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. After graduating, she worked with young artists in the community serving as the Education Coordinator for Theatre Tulsa and was also the drama teacher at Glenpool High School for two years and Booker T. Washington High School for one year. Kia later trained at The Identity School of Acting and The Last Acting Studio in Los Angeles, California. A native of Oklahoma, she now lives in Los Angeles and is represented by Henderson Represents Inc, Smith Young Talent Agency, and MAGNA Talent Agency and is managed by Silver Mass Entertainment. Recent TV/film credits include “The Neighbor Who Saw Too Much” (Lifetime), “Secrets in the Building” (Lifetime), “A Date With Deception” (Lifetime) and “Centuries Collide” (Merit+).
